diet
i am trying to tone up and loose a bit of weight im not overweight just want to be in a better shape.for breakfast i have a fruit and a yogurt and for lunch a wholewheat sandwich with cottage cheese,cumcumber and tomato and an apple.for supper ill have meat and vegetables.for snacks i have yogurt and fruit and for energy before gym i have two handfulls of raisins.what i want to know is this a balanced diet and will this help me to loose weight??

Your diet seems ok, but make sure that you have some unprocessed cereals (High-Bran cereal, oats or unsifted maize meal) at breakfast and some brown rice or pasta or potatoes for supper to provide some additional carbohydrates to the diet to sustain your energy levels. Keep up the good work in the gym.
