i dont have time to take proper breakfast and lunches. i very often skip lunches due to meetings at work. i then essentially have cereals in the morning and supper. even though i excercise regularly, i feel weak and have stomach cramps often. what practical meals can i prepare? any health food drinks that i can take on the run?

Dear Josiah
Get yourself a meal supplement like Nutramen T (ask at your pharmacy or look at Pick and Pay/Checkers) that you can mix with milk for a quick meal in a glass. You should not replace a proper balanced meal more than once a day with this. Cerals for breakfast is ok, but you also need to get in at least 3 fruits and 2 vegetables per day, and at least 60 g of proteien. You can buy small tubs of yogurt or keep provitas and cheese at hand, with some fruit to nibble on in between meetings.
