diet for low blood pressure person
last week my blood pressure was very low, what can i eat to boost it?
Dear Just Me
The only thing you can do to increase low blood pressure is to use slightly more table salt than normal, but also not more than 3 g per day in total because excessive salt intake can damage the kidneys. Ask your dr about medications that can increase your bp.
Best regards
