how effective are these diet pills which reduce fat absorption etc.... are they healthy too take and any side effects

Some of them have a limited effect, but the only one that really works is called Xenical. Ask your dr about it as it has to be prescribed by a medical dr and as it is expensive it is a good idea to obtain it through your medical aid.
