dietary recommendations for low blood pressure sufferer
I am 60 years old and have just been diagnosed with low blood pressure. I would appreciate dietary recomendations for my condition. Thank you very much.

Dear Kay
Unfortunately diet will not make a great deal of difference to low blood pressure. You could increase your intake of table salt slightly to see if this improves matters, but don't use more than 3g of table salt in total per day as this can have other more negative effects.
