Discharge
I have had artifiical insemination done and about 12 hours after I was artificially inseminated, I had a discharge of a reddish slimey nature. Could the sperm that was inserted into my womb leak out?

Enough of the sperm will have got where they are supposed to. The average time from insemination, artificial or otherwise, to fertilisation is about 90 seconds.
