This is a stupid question but why do dogs eat grass.

At different times dogs may eat grass for different reasons. Sometimes if they have irritation of the stomach they may eat grass to try to alleviate the discomfort. Other times dogs may eat grass for no apparent good reason. As long as it is fairly limited it should not be a problem.
