Eating red meat - good or bad?
Hi,
I eat ones a week red meat. I always tought that eating meat with moderation is good for you.
It gives you iron. True or false.

I fully agree with you - lean red meat is an excellent source of bioavailable iron, B vitamins, esp B12, minerals esp of zinc and high quality protein. Eating meat 2-3 times a week is perfectly good sense and prevents more than one type of anaemia.
