Could you please recommend what I should do at gym, to keep me competitve in surfing

Hi surfer

I don't give sports specific programmes, due to lack of time, however, if you click on War on Wobbles and sign up as a warrior, you will end up with a very comprehensive training programme. Perhaps, in your strength training, focus especially on leg-strengthening exercises (but not to the exclusion of other exercises).

Also focus on improving your endurance, by doing cardiovascualr exercise for long periods at a moderate intensity.
