i am excising everyday but my problem is that i am gaining on my hips or thigh why?

Hi there

I think you need to examne your diet very carefully. Exercise definitely can't make you fatter.It can increase your muscle mass, so perhaps you have put on some muscle, but that shouldn't add centimetres and you should look more toned.
