Exersize
After exersizing in the gym I normally feel nausious. Its worse when I drink water whilst exersizing. I try go to the gym at least twice a week, as my work keeps me very busy. This feeling only goes away when I've eaten something again. Am I lacking something in my diet? I eat very healthily as a rule.
Dear Peter
Exercise-induced nausea can be caused by a) low blood sugar - try eating a light carb snack about 30 minutes before exercise b) over-exercising. It is also a good idea to use one of the energy drinks instead of water during exercise - take small regular sips, not large volumes at a time.
Good luck
