Exhausted Mom
Good Day

I have a 6 month old baby who is really restless in his sleep. In his sleep he rubs his nose and eyes and also moves his head from side to side all while he is sleeping.

Our evening routine is as follows:
I get home at 5.30 - and paly with him a bit.
Has a bath at 7pm
by 8 I try to get him to sleep after a bit of sighting he doses off.
Sleeps for 30 mins then wakes up again?
goes back to sleep at about 9 but is very restless

Is there something I can do to ensure he sleeps at night.

Restlessness does not mean necessarily that he is not sleeping - he may just be a restless sleeper.

However, there could be something bothering him like an ear infection, or whatever. It might be a good idea just to let your pediatrician check him out.
