fasting
i would like to go on a water only fast. is there anybody in JHb that supervises fasts? Many thanks

I am not aware of anyone who actually 'supervises' fasts. I would urge you to be very careful when undertaking this type of fast and only to do it for a very short period of 1-2 days at a time, preferably over weekends when you can rest and relax. Fasting can cause dizziness and fainting which could expose you to great risk if you try to drive a car or do your usual work.
