Doc is the following ok: male 32 yrs old, high blood pressure (on medication for a year now under control) to take the following:
a dietary supplement of fibre, procydin and 500 mg calcium a day? Should we add some Omega3 &6 as well or anything else maybe? What is your opinion on the fibre supplement? He is trying to slowly loose some weight by eating balanced and adding more fibre to the diet the daily dose of fibre in this supplement works out to around 12 mg a day? is that still too little? too much perhaps?

Nana, it sounds fine to me (especially the part about adding omega 3 & 6). If you’re after the finer detail of a diet, you should contact DietDoc. Good luck.
