Fit/Healthy Eating/No Difference in weigt
I've been training 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week religiously for 8 weeks. I feel healthier but i havent notice any difference in cm or kg's. I follow a very healthy diet & rarely eat junk food but find that nothing is working. I currently weigh 64 & would only like to lose 6-8kg's but am finding very difficult. Please advise?

I would recommend you have a consultation with a dietician to analyse your eating plan.
Perhaps, even though you are eating healthily, your portion sizes are excessive - this only she/he can tell with a thorough analysis and food record.

Also, are you being realistic about the amount of weight you need to lose?
Sometimes, we want to weigh less than what our bodies are really happy with!
