Fitness Diet
Hi
I do 2 x Step classes a week, 2 X Weight training sessions (normally a hour long) and I walk 3 times a week for a hour. I find that I battle and do not have enough energy to workout. What should I eat to give me enough energy?

The prime energy source in the human diet for muscle work is carbohydrates, so make sure that you eat sufficient before, during and after exercise. The fittest sportsmen and women in the world eat a diet rich in carbs to give them energy without piling on the fat.
