fitness programme
Im exercising 5 days a week &  this is my daily programme: 3 sets, 15 Reps on Lateral pulldown, leg press, seated shoulder press, hamstring curls with machine, Abdominal crunches, is this enough to lose weight &  tone?

Hi Mia,

I would do a variety of cardio inbetween your strength workouts (jog on the spot, lap around the track - if your gym has one, steps on stepper).

You also need to do chest press, bicep curl machine, calf raises, abd/adductor machine and leg extension...
