Folic Acid
Hi, I am a week late with my monthly' s & I read that it is recommended that one should take folic acid approximatly a month to three month' s prior conception. What are the implications? What are the implications for those who discovered two months later that they are pregnat and did not take folic acid?
There is a higher chance of spina bifida in the baby if you do not take folic acid.
