Foot cramps
I have been suffering from severe foot cramps at night for a couple of weeks and the last few days, during the day as well. My toes go into a spasm and then severe pain in the arch area. What is causing this and how do I treat it?
Vivienne
There must be a degree of inflammation in your foot. I am not sure of the cause and I therefore, suggest that you consult your doctor for an examination. You can use Myprodol or Ibuprofen to alleviate some of the inflammation, as well as hot and cold compress.
