foot/toes inflamation
What could cause all five toes on each foot to become very red and hot about the same time each evening. Time standing during the day doesn't affect this. There is no pain, just discomfort from the inflamation. Sometimes, instead of just the toes, the whole front half of the foot is hot and red, almost as if there is some kind of line across the arch, and the problem affecting everything below it. the only help is soaking in ice water. (gout has been ruled out.)

This one isnt easy, without seeing your foot.
But it sounds as if there may be some circulatory problem. Most notably with the return of blood in the venous system. The clues to poor return of blood is hot red toes and feet with a line demarcating a difference between the red and normal skin.
It could also be a dermatological problem with something called a contact dermatitis
I apologise if this isnt much help, but get to one of the following; either a Podiatrist, a physician or a vascular surgeon. There are many possible diagnoses, and many different tests that need to be done in order to start ruling out problems, before a diagnosis can be made.
