MY NIECE IS 3 YEARS OLD AND HAS BEEN SUFFERING WITH ECZEMA SINCE SHE WAS JUST A COUPLE OF MONTHS. SHE IS FOR EVER SCRATCHING HERSELF UNTIL SHE BLEEDS. Helpless, the best would be to take her to a good dermatologist for a second opinion. Cortisone is the cornerstone of eczema treatment and if used correctly it should have less side effects than the eczema itself. Good luck.
