Gangrene alternative.
Hi Doc
Is it possible that there is another disease/condition that have similar symptoms as gangrene?
One hand only, fingers from top knuckles completely black, considerable reduced in size (width). Some places open, can almost see bone. Could it be anything else that gangrene?
furher question - how long would gangrene take to develop from time of injury / infection?
Thanking you kindly

There is no other condition that can be mistaken for gangrene.
The cause of gangrene to your hand can be due to a previous infection that has not healed or due to vascular disease that is causing the tissue of the hand to die and to develop gangrene. Consult your doctor as soon as possible.
