Hi, I would like to knowwhy some dieticians prescibe naartjies in stead of oranges (or is it the other way around?), for clients with IBS? What is the main difference between the 2?

Dear Apple
I must admit that I am not sure why some dietitians prescribe naartjies instead or oranges for patients with IBS. It may be that because naartjies contain less fibre (2.2g/100g) than oranges (3.2 g/100g) or vice versa.
Otherwise these 2 citrus fruits are very similar.
Best regards
