grey hair
my son is 22 yrs. He is worried that he is starting to get
a few grey hairs. please adv what vitamains he can take. why is he getting grey hairs so early. please advise

Hi Margo,

when someones hair turns grey or falls out is typically genetic, and therefore it is usually not a vitamin deficiency that causes it. Grey hair can also sometimes be caused by major stress or trauma, but the most likely reason is genetics.
