Is eating biltong while gyming bad for a person?

Do you mean actually eating DURING your training session? Or either side of it? not that it makes a lot of difference to the answer, because no, it's not bad for you, but if you are eating it during training, then it's not really helping either. The only reason anyone would ever have suggested biltong would be so that you are getting enough protein in your diet. But biltong is not the only thing that can provide this. So the answer is that you should probably eat some protein when training, but not necessarily DURING training - after, sure, and around your sessions, but you don't need it during. But if you do, it won't necessarily be bad for you.
