Can anyone tell me what to use to make my hair nice and soft? Most of the shampoos and conditioners I use dont make a real difference to my hair. It is always dry to the touch. I have long, straight, but somewhat wavy hair. Also after washing my hair it frizzes on the top, what can I use to keep it down and flat? I hope someone can help me please.
