Dear Itumeleng
I do not have a full diet for individuals suffering from hypertension on this Website, but I would recommend the DASH Diet. In general the so-called DASH Diet (click on 'Diet'nFood' at the top of this page and then on 'Food as medicine' and 'Hypertension'), which was developed in the USA to lower bp, may help your condition. This diet is high in calcium and low in sodium which should lower your bp. It would be advisable that you contact a dietitian to assist you with this diet. Visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area.
Best regards
