health machines
Hi doc
i've got a question.
Does those Electro Cellulite and muscle contracting/toning machines/pads work? and the galvanic waves? Is it really effective and safe/health in reducing cellulite and toning muscles and reduce weight?
Any advice on this will be appreciated.
Thank you

Dear Joe
I would not waste my money on it - it does contract muscles and so use up energy but it is quite frankly unpleasant for me and you have to spend quite a lot of time on it if you want it to be effective. Doing old fashioned proper exercises is much better as your heart and lungs also get exercise!
