help

im having a problem of losing hair to baldness at early age so what is the cause and how to avoid it.please help

I would recommend that you consult a Dermatologist because hair loss can be due to a number of different conditions. One of these is linked to diet, namely an iron deficiency. The dr will have to test your blood to determine if you have an iron deficiency and if so, then you will have to take an iron-folic acid supplement such as FeroFolic for 3 months or longer, as it takes time to replenish depleted iron stores in the body. The best sources of readily available iron in the diet are: liver (eat at least twice a week), red meat, poultry, fish, egg yolk, dried fruit and iron-enriched breakfast cereals (check on the labels). Take a source of vit C like orange juice with your breakfast cereals to improve the uptake of the iron.
