HELP - DRINGEND
Hi DOC en almal

EK het 'n baie groot probleem. Ek kan dit nie meer hanteer nie.

Ek raak verskriklik jaloers in 'n relationship. As my partner net na 'n ander man kyk raak ek verskriklik upset. As iemand net iets se van my partner (bv oh sy's aantreklik), kry ek pyne oor my bors en kan nie asemhaal nie.

ASB enigiemand!!!!!!

:-(

OK,M, this is important but not too desperately urgent. You have usefully identified a recurrent problem you have within relationships --- so a good local counsellor, especially of the CBT format, could help you work on changing thse bad relationship habits, especially the excessive jealousy, and manage your future relationships much better than you did in the past.
The medication you mention might be useful if a proper diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder has been made, but won't be likely to directly efgfect your habit of jealousy, and ONLY CBT-style counselling would help to change that habit
