Hepatitis b
I would like to know if there is any cure for hepatitis B and what diet would be best recommended? The patient is also severely jaundice.

Hepatitis B is caused by a virus and can be treated by antiviral medication or interferon ( which is very expensive and seldom used in South Africa) Diet should be low protein, but they can eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, and carbohydrates like bread, rice or potatoes. Milk thistle is a herb that supports the liver or you can use something like prohep to support the liver
