'Home' Formula for Body Fat %

Is there a reasonably accurate formula for Body Fat % that does not require a medical practitioner of some sorts to administer? I have found one on the web but it seems to give very inaccurate results.

Hi there

The only "more accurate" methods I know, require a practitioner of sorts to carry out ie either skinfolds (callipers), Bioelectrical Impedance (Bodystat) or the device that BodyiQ use (infra-red measurement), so I would suggest that this is the route to go.

Good luck.
