I have been on a low Gi diet and have not lost aything in a week . I feel tired all the time and my weight has increased my 7 kgs rapidly , could i have a throid or hormone problem and how can this be diagnosed ?
hi
If you have an underlying condition of decreased thyroid, or blood sugar disorder a blood test can easily establish this. Diet is important but the underlying condition should be investigated. I suggest you consult with your doctor or homeopath to establish what else could be contributing.
