Hormone replacement therapy
I am starting to think perhaps I could benefit from hormone replacement therapy or perhaps supplementing with Human Growth Hormones.
My reasons are due to my chest and triceps being quite soft despite an extremely active lifestyle. Crossfit and running at least 4 times per week, with various events and water sports on the weekend. I also find that I sometimes get hot flushes and get quite sweaty when I''m nervous. I''m a 30 Year old male and my diet is pretty good as well.
I''m no expert but I''m thinking that perhaps my estrogen levels are too high??
Thoughts?
