How do you know when your overtrained?
I want to know when know you have overtrained to much and what are the effects. Does your heart rate fluctuate alot or what happens.

Symptoms include:

Feeling tired even when you have just woken up.
A higher than usual resting heart rate.
A craving for carbohydrates and energy food.
Sometimes weight loss and increased thirst.
Lethargy, decrease in libido.
Higher blood cortisol levels.
