How long
from what i've gathered to your previous responses yes it is possible to either gain or remain same weight while only doing cardio and watching your diet (healthy and balanced and low fat) . So then my next question is for how long does this go on taking into consideration that i am not under or in my normal weight range. I am 1.69 m tall and weigh 68 kg BMI 23, i would like an ideal BMI of 22 so i am not watching the scale like a hawk as long as i get to a kg where it puts me in the 22 BMI I am happy, i know i can loose at least 5 - 8 kg based on the fact that my stomach is huge, i look 6 months pregnant and my baby is over a year already. I run 30-40 min (3-4k) 4-5 times a week until I sweat and do 50 sit ups. My real question: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO START LOOSING THE WEIGHT IN KG NOT CENTIMETRES CAUSE THAT IS NOT HAPPENING EITHER, I ACCEPT THAT MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE BUT I DONT BELIEVE THAT IF I KEEP DOING CARDIO I WONT SEE THE SCALE GO DOWN, I JUST NEED AN APP TIME FRAME SO THAT I CAN BE MOTIVATED TO STICK THIS OUT BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THE SCALE AINT MOVING UP OR DOWN!!!!
