How many calories per day should I be eating
I have seen it on this Website but can't find it - looking for how many calories I should be eating per day when training or when not training. Please help.
Dear Healthy
If you are not exercising strenuously, the US RDA for energy is 2 200 kcal/day for adult women. If you train really hard you could increase this to about 2 500 kcal and if you are training extremely hard then increase your energy intake to about 2 800 kcal.
