I dont wantto do this anymore !!!!

I am turning 50 next month and I STILL get my periods, regularily ever month.
The pain is unbearable and the PMS is killing me (and everyone around me!!)
My Gynae says I am sooooo healthy I could have another child and he will not take anything out. )Like that is going to happen.....)
I just cannot do this anymore. I do not know one woman of my age that still has to do this thing every month?
Is there no way to stop this? Other than removing the " parts" ?
