i have all signs but no pregnancy
I had all the signs of being pregnant, i missed my period by 2 weeks and the 3rd week it appeared, i had back pains, headaches and sore breasts. Kindly assist me doc or should i see someone

These symptoms that you described are not specific to pregnancy and can occur in cases of hormonal imbalance as well. The only definitive diagnosis is a pregnancy blood test and should this be negative then you should see your gynaecologist to exclude an ovarian cyst or other hormonal imbalance.
