Ice tea a good thing ?
Dear Diet Doc,
Is it a good thing to drink Lipton Ice tea instead of Coke etc ? I don't like water so much.

It should be fine as tea contains compounds called polyphenols which protect against heart disease and the iced tea probably contains fewer kJ then coke.
