insomnia and pregnancy
I've been an insomniac since childhood and have been taking sleeping tabs (adco-zolpidem) for years. The problem is that I'm trying to get pregnant and would like to know is there any sleeping tabs you can safely take during pregnancy. I struggle to fall asleep, wake up very easily and wake up very early and can't fall asleep again. Please advise.
I would not recommend the use of sleeping tablets unless specifically prescribed by your gynea
