If travelleling internationally & destination time is 9hrs ahead of SA time, should the Pill be taken still on usual SA time or destination local time?

You will have a day where you take the Pill sooner than the usual time to adapt to the new time zone, but thereafter you can can carry on taking it at the local time in the country you are visiting.
