You are invited to experience the ancient Chinese Martial Art of Tai Chi for health and relaxation in the tranquil setting of the Japanese Gardens in Amanzimtoti. Tai Chi is a powerful healing art which forces the body to relax and the mind to focus. The movements creates an internal massage encouraging the body and the mind to heal itself. Tai Chi is alos known as a stillness in motion. It has been part of the Chinese culture for more than 800 years and is the most practised Martial Art in the world today.
On Saturday 25th August 2007 there will be a Tai Chi gathering held in the Japanese Gardens on Fynn Rd, Amanzimtoti . The session will start at 09h15am and will be completed around 10h00am. Chinese tea will be served after the session.
This event will cost you nothing and as sponsored by the Virgin Active in Amanzimtoti. Morne Swanepoel who is the President of the World Taiji Boxing Association in South Africa as well as the SA Tai Chi Organisation will personally conduct this session.

This was a great event. We had sucha good response that we will soon start regualr classes in the amanzimtoti Japanese Gardens or 'The Gardens'. This will be every Saturday from 08h00 - 09h00. Keep checking our website out at www.sataichi.org for further notices.
