I've replaced normal Nescafe with decaf Nescafe. Is this a better choice and what effects will decaf have on my body? Are there any side effects and will this have an influence on IBS. Also does coffee like this contain calories. I do use Canderel not sugar and fat free milk. So if I have a cup, how many calories will I be getting in if I use a tea-spoon of coffee?

Dear Snowy
If you are trying to avoid caffeine, then Decaf is a better choice. Decaf should have no effects on your body and if it contains 1 or 2 calories, they really will not make any difference to your diet.
