is this problem due to excess masterbaction?

My age is 23.I used to masterbacte a lot.nowadays i am not getting the electric shock feeling when sperm gets released.indeed i am not getting any pleasure at all but sperm gets ejected when i materbacte.do i have major problem?which specialist should i meet for treatment?
