Hi Doc,
i have been suffering from an itchy anus for 2 days. What will give relief, and what is it caused by. There also seems to be a little bit of blood on the paper when i wipe myself

Itchy, it sounds like you might have a superficial fungal infection, a small anal tear or haemorrhoids. If you mail me at netdoc@mweb.co.za, I’ll mail you an article I wrote on the subject and you can try and work out what the problem is. Good luck.
