It could be a yeast infection or an eczema. Try using probiotics three times a day, and use canesten ointment (or the generic) and Fissan paste on the area. Avoid using soap and harsh toiletpaper, wash with Elizabeth Anne baby shampoo and pat dry after a bowel movement. If it does not improve with this you may need to see your doctor to have a look at the area.
