Dear T

I am uncertain as to what you want to know, as your question is not too clear. In an IVF cycle one does not want to ovulate and we use drug to prevent you from ovulating especially having premature ovulation however once the follicle is of a certain size then drugs are given that will help you to ovulate but the oocyte is taken out of your body before the process of ovulation otherwise one will be unable to recover an egg cell in an IVF process.
