jerking feeling
Doc,
When I'm asleep, i have a strange feeling in my stomach, it feel as if there is something jumping / jerking and when it happens my body will jerk, i dont know how to explain its a strange feeling and it happens only when i'm asleep.
please help

It may be caused by going in to the deep sleep phase. If it is really causing you discomfort, ask your GP to prescribe you something at night to relax you.
