Jogging Advice
Hi there, Please provide me with a decent jogging or run/walk programme to get fit, healthy, lose weight, tone, increase metabolism and prepare for long distance runs of 15kms or more.

Why not go to the home page and click on "Shape up for Summer"? You will find a comprehensive running programme there which should help you to get fit and healthy. There is a programme for both 10km's and 21.1km's so see how it goes! Running is a wonderful sport so enjoy it. Also, on the fitness page, click on Get Sporty and then choose the running option for more info about getting started.
